How do I return an item?

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your Ma'mitons purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return non-sale items for a full refund or an exchange. Please contact us via email at customerservice@mamitons.com o or phone at 1800-515-8957 to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. Do not forget to provide the order number and reason for your return or exchange.


  • Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition and with tags attached within 15 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond 15 days of delivery.
  • All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item.

  • Note your RA number on the package for proper and timely handling and processing.
  • Include a completed RA form with the items otherwise processing might be delayed.
  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
  • If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost items.


Please place a new order online and follow the return instructions mentioned above. This will result in the fastest delivery of your preferred items.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

Ma'mitons products are handmade and very unique by their nature. Slight imperfections are normal and we believe that they add to the beauty and authenticity of our artisans' work. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect please contact us (via email at customerservice@mamitons.com or phone at 1800-515-8957) within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly replace it at our expense.

International Returns & Exchanges

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.
